could do the 4×4 ATV ride and sand surfing! How COOL would that Be!
Ilocos Norte have so much to offer.. Including Vigan, Sinking Bell Tower, Baluarte, Paoay Church, Malacanang of the North and a lot more! Not to mention, They really do have great food ;)
